GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 to 4 herein not take any action on the petitioners complaint dt.08.02.2024 as highly illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and clear violation of Principles of Natural Justice of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 are herein to Protect that this Honble Court passed Status-Quo Orders in WPMP No. 1695/2017 in W.P No. 1487/2017 dt. 11.01.2017 and Register the FIR, complaint made by the petitioners on 08.02.2024 against the 5th respondent is illegally interfering into the petitioners lands in Sy.Nos.411and 413 an extent of Ac 1.70 cents each respectively situated at Somasila Village, Ananthasamaram Mandal, Nellore District.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police have received a representation from the Petitioners through Registered Post. Thereafter, Police called both parties for enquiry, but the Petitioners did not turn up. It is further submitted that, since the contents of the representation would show that the subject matter is civil in nature, Police have not registered any crime based on the said representation. 3. Sri Eathakota Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
