pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 4and5 in not receiving and entertaining the complaint given by the petitioner against the 5th respondent and others ,who assaulted, attacked and tried to do away my life and life of one Mr.Velidi Apparao in Mogalturu P.S by abusing their official power in violation of fundamental rights guaranteed by Indian Constitution as highly illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisionsof the code of criminal procedure and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 5 to act upon and entertain the complaint dt.27/ 7/2022 sent through registered post and take appropriate action in accordance with the procedure as contemplated under Chapter - XII of the code of the criminal procedure and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to act upon the complaint dt.27/7/2022 sent through registered post and take appropriate action in accordance with the law pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in not receiving and entertaining the complaint given by the petitioner against the 5th respondent and others ,who assaulted, attacked and tried to do away my life and life of one Mr.Velidi Apparao in Mogalturu P.S., by abusing their official power in violation of fundamental rights guaranteed by Indian Constitution as highly illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the Code Of Criminal Procedure and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 5 to act upon and entertain the complaint dt.27/07/2022 sent through registered post and take appropriate action in accordance with the procedure as contemplated under Chapter-XII of the code of the criminal procedure and pass..…”
2. None represented for the Petitioner.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Respondent-Police have not received any complaint from the Petitioner.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law.
