Police Station, Vizianagaram District, registered against the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 herein for the offence punishable under 2 Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for brevity ‘the NDPS Act’). 2. At the time of hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners were already enlarged on bail vide Orders passed in Crl.P.No.9966 of 2025, dated 26.09.2025.
