By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court while releasing the applicant on bail. 2. The applicant was arraigned as an accused in connection with Crime No.578/2021 registered at police station Ajni, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 384, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(ii), 3(2), 3(4) and 4 of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999. 3. While considering the bail application, considering the apprehension that there is likelihood of fleeing away of the accused the condition was imposed to secure his presence before the trial Court. 4. At this stage, trial is yet to be commenced, and therefore, the prayer of the present applicant cannot 01.appa.1274.25.odt 2 be considered. 5. I have perused the application and the grounds raised in it; however, considering the involvement of the present applicant, nature of the offence and various crimes registered against the present applicant, said condition was imposed. 6.
