No.233 of 2024(Annexure No.3) titled as Shri Tarun Jain versus Smt. Sangita Jain pending before it within a period of as early as possible or within the time as fixed by this Hon’ble Court. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial court will endeavor to decide the said Original Suit (O.S. No.233 of 2024) as per law, as expeditiously as possible and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either parties. 5. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition (M/S No.1066 of 2025) is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
