Initially FIR No. 0121/2019, impugned in the present petition came to be stayed by this Court vide order dated 06.09.2019. This order came to be modified by this Court on 21.07.2023, providing liberty to the Investigating Agency to proceed with the investigation of the case, however, filing of charge-sheet was stayed. 2. Investigating Officer along with the case diary is present in person. He submits that the investigation in the present case is complete. 3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition. 4. His statement is taken on record. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with the connected applications. 6. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. Serial No. 30 2 CRM(M) No. 477/2019 7.
