The present revision has been filed by the revisionist against the judgement and order dated 25.10.2019 passed by Additional Session Judge/Special Judge E.C. Act, Court No.4, Mirzapur in Criminal Appeal No. 3 of 2007, Maksood Alam vs. State of U.P., u/s 7/16 P.F.A. Act, arising out of judgement and order dated 26.3.2007 passed by Ist Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur in Criminal Case No. 1273 of 2003,under Section 7/16 P.F.A. Act, P.S.- Adadalhat, District Mirzapur. 4. Office has placed on record an explanation of C.J.M., Mirzapur dated 2.9.2025 through its report dated 08.09.2025. Perused the same. Office further reported that a report from C.J.M. Mirzapur dated 21.7.2025 has been received through its explanation dated 02.09.2025 stating therein that the revisionist has died 26.4.2021. In support of which a report of concerned police station and the copy of the statements of the witnesses and death certificate have also been annexed thereto. 5. Accordingly, the revision stands abated. 6.
