The testimonies of these two witnesses have yet not been recorded. 2. Since the petitioner is the mother of these two eye-witnesses and if she has been released on bail, there is possibility of influencing those witnesses. 3. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to re-file it before the trial Court after examination of these two witnesses. 4. The trial Court is directed to expedite the examination of these two witnesses and once the same is carried out, the petitioner shall file the application. The same shall be decided with due expedition. 5. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. All rights and contentions on merits are left open.
