The Court made the following Order:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.
The present writ petition is filed alleging that the 4th respondent is interfering with the subject matter land of an extent of Ac.0.56 cents in Survey No.332/D and an extent of Ac.1.50 cents in Survey No.247 of Yadavalli Village, Chilakaluripet Mandal, without initiating any proceedings and without payment of compensation as illegal, arbitrary etc., and for consequential directions. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners while making submissions with reference to the averments made in the writ petition, had drawn the attention of this Court to the interim order dated 19.03.2018 of the learned Judge of the erstwhile High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, wherein, interim direction as prayed for was granted and further observed that the said order will not preclude the respondents from proceeding in accordance with the Law. He submits that the said order is in force. Be that as it may. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that though no counter-affidavit is filed, as per the latest instructions dated 10.11.2025 received from the respondents 3 & 4, no land pertaining to the petitioner has been acquired by issuing proceedings as per the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act,
2013. The said instructions are placed on record. 4
5. In the light of the submissions made and the interim order dated 19.03.2018, this Court deems it not necessary to examine the matter in detail. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, providing that no coercive action in respect of the subject matter land shall be initiated except by following due process of Law. No costs.
