ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in sending Police Constables and Police personnel to the houses as well as to the Colleges of the Petitioner without any valid reason and repeatedly calling them to the Police Station and making them to wait in the Police Station for hours together and pressurizing us to give confession statements as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to interfere into the Right to Life and Personal Liberty of the Petitioners and pass …”
2. Heard Sri P.S.P. Suresh Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that under the guise of crime registered against the petitioners in crime No.66/2021 for the offence under Sections 452, 324, 427 & 506 r/w 34 IPC and also despite the fact that the petitioners were released on bail, the Police are repeatedly calling them to the Police Station and harassing the petitioners.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that by the date of filing of the present petition, investigation was pending for getting X-ray report and the wound certificate from medial officer. He would further submit that by now, the investigation

would have almost completed and the Police might have filed the charge sheet.
5. Recording the same, this petition is disposed of. However, Police are
directed to follow the due process of law regarding the Crime No.66/2021 filed against the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
