His statement is taken on record 2. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal. In case, the petitioner approaches the Tribunal by way of appropriate proceeding, the learned Tribunal shall take into account the fact that the petitioner was prosecuting the instant petition before this Court with effect from 02.12.2024 till date and shall duly take into consideration this aspect of the matter.
