Heard Shri Ashok Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents. 2. The issue involved in the present writ petition is pertaining to District Ballia where based on certain litigation, salaries of the petitioners were stopped and consequently, the Secretary, Secondary Education has passed some order on 19.05.2011, the District Inspector of Schools has passed impugned order on 01.07.2011 and the Additional District Magistrate has passed order on 03.12.2012. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition has been filed. 3. In fact, with regard to the appointments in District Ballia, the identical issue was considered by this Court in Writ A No. 23605 of 2018 and disposed of on 3.7.2025. 4. As the issue is covered by the abovesaid order, the orders impugned dated 19.05.2011, 01.07.2011 and 03.12.2012 are set aside. The writ petition is disposed of on same terms.
