THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE LOK ADALAT AFTER BEING REFFERED BY THE COURT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER This Revision petition is arising out of order of sentence dated 19.08.2023 in CC No.562/2019 on the file of VIII JMFC, Belagavi. 2. Respective parties and learned counsel appearing for the parties are present before the Lok Adalath and have filed joint memo reporting settlement between the parties. 3. The parties have settled the matter for a sum of Rs.17,90,000/- as full and final settlement to 3 be payable by the petitioner herein to the respondent. It is stated that, the petitioner herein has already deposited a sum of Rs.6,40,000/- before the Trial Court and same be released in favour of respondent/Society, forthwith. It is also stated that, the petitioner herein undertakes to pay another sum of Rs.5,75,000/- on or before 30.04.2025 and remaining Rs.5,75,000/- to be payable within two months from today i.e. on or before 27.06.2025. 4. Joint memo is accepted. 5. Upon adhering to the joint memo and the full and final settlement has been made as mentioned above, the respondent/Society is directed to release the mortgage of the property made in respect of the loan amount. In case of any default on the part of the petitioner/accused, the Revision Petition shall stands revived. 6. Accordingly, the Revision petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memo, by setting 4 aside the order of sentence dated 19.08.2023 in CC No.562/2019 on the file of VIII JMFC, Belagavi.
