This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. 2. Learned counsel for the Contemnor files a compliance affidavit in Court today after serving a copy thereof on the learned counsel for the Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 3. On perusal of the compliance affidavit, it appears that the direction issued by this Court vide order 30.01.2024 in W.P.(C) No.1348 of 2024 to the Opposite Party No.3-Contemnor to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner. It also appears that the Opposite Party No.3-Contemnor has already disposed of the representation of the Petitioner vide order dated 28.01.2026 by Page 2 of 2. passing a speaking order. 4. In such view of the matter, the contempt proceeding is dropped with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the order dated 28.01.2026 passed by the authority in the event he is aggrieved by the same by filing a fresh writ petition.
