04/14.02.2025 Heard the Parties.
Both these bail applications arise out of same police case. Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order.
Petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Bhandariya P.S. Case No. 43/2024, registered under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Smt. Anulica Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Garhwa.
On 15.05.2024, dead body of an unknown lady was recovered from a place near Khajur Banwa Jungle. Later on, the
dead body was identified to be that of the deceased Sahreshaba Bano. During the course of investigation, on suspicion, the petitioners were apprehended and they are said to have confessed their guilt.
Learned A.P.P, after going through the case diary submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioners on the record.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Anulica Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Garhwa or his/her successor in connection with Bhandariya P.S. Case No. 43/2024.
