The petitioner has filed a separate petition under Section 482 of Cr.PC challenging the FIR No. 133/2023 for offences under Sections 354-B and 376 IPC of Police Station Arnas which has been registered as CRM(M) No. 1033/2023. In the said petition, this Court has vide interim order dated 08.12.2023 granted interim protection to the petitioner by providing that he shall not be arrested while investigation in the case is carried out and that the investigating officer shall be within his rights to bind the petitioner with respect to the date and place of attending the investigation. In view of the aforesaid interim order passed in the connected petition, there is no need to pass a separate direction in the present bail application. The same is accordingly disposed of.
