The present Petition has been filed under Section 24(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [“CPC”] read with Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [“A&C Act”], seeking transfer of the Execution Petition being Ex. Comm.-Award by Arb. Comm. 12/2025 titled “M/s G4S Secure Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. Vs. M/s GDN Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.” pending before the Court of the learned Commercial Court, Dwarka to this Court. 2. It is stated that the challenge to the Award under Section 34 of the A&C Act vide case being OMP (COMM.) 129/2025, titled “M/s GDN Enterprises Private Limited v. G4S Secure Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd.” is currently pending before this Court. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent, on instructions, submits that he has no objection to the prayer as sought for.
