ORAL ORDER:
Heard Sri K.V.L. Narasimha Rao, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Sk. Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings.
2. Sri Sk. Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer, (R&B) Division, Chittoor dated 22.09.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record.
3. The Written Instruction would indicate that the payments have been made in favour of the Writ Petitioner on 17.09.2025. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner confirms this position.
4. In this view of the matter, no further consideration is necessary in this Writ Petition. Having recorded the said submission that the bills of the Writ Petitioner have been cleared, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
