ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ)
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Direct the Respondent No.2 to release the Petitioner's Husband MANJUR ALI CTP-4129 on general parole for a period of 90 days citing that illness of convict which is evident from the medical certificate to provide him medical care for effective treatment and recovery as well as to register their marriage before the sub- registrar office in the interest of justice and equity.
b. Pass any other order (s) which this Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.
2. A memo dated 04.09.2025 singed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has been filed, which reads as under;

“The undersigned Counsel for the petitioner most respectfully submit this memo for withdrawal. This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to permit the counsel to withdraw the petition in the interest of justice.
