The Criminal Petition, under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, l's filed on behalf of the Petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 4 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.283 of 2024 of Tenali Rural Poll'ce Station, Guntur DI'StriCt. A case has bee-nregjstered against the petI'tf-on \i i b Nos.2 to 4 and another for the offences punl.shable under sections __v-u 406, 417, 420, 376(2) (n), 506 read wI'th 34 IPC. 3l case of the prosecution is that, on 10.12.2024 at about 10.00 am, the de-facto complaI'nant lodged a report stall-ng that the accused No.1 deceived her with false prom,'ses. Beljevl'ng hI'S WOrdS, she entered into a relationship wl'th him and, out of love and affectl'on, transferred Rs, 20.00 lakhs from her bank account to various accounts provided by A1. Furthermore, the accused allegedly coerced her I'ntO a physI'Cal relatjonshjp under the false pretext of marrI-age. However, when she asked hl'm to marry her, Al and h,'s family members started spreadl-ng false allegations agaI'nSt her and threatened to tarnish her reputatl'on. 4. Heard. perusedtherecord. 5. A perusal of the record goes to show that the a"egatI'OnS are prI'marl-ly dl'rected agal|nst Accused No.1. The de-facto complainant and Accused No.1 were jn a physical relationshl'p from 2021 to 2024. The de-facto complainant made omnI'buS allegations against the petitioners stating that they threatened to tarnish her reputation. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to4- 7| Accordingly, in the event of their arrest, petitI-OnerS/accused Nos.2 to 4 shall be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each, with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting POIice officials and also on condition that the petitl-oners shall make themselves available for jnvestI'gatiOn aS and when requl'red and that they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the Prosecution Witnesses. The petI'tiOnerS Shall appear before the station House Officer, concerned, once I'n a week l'.e. on every sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet. 8.
