The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C)/under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 7, seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against them in Cr.No.38 of 2022 of Naidupet Police Station, Naidupet, SPSR Nellore District. 2. None represented for the petitioners. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that learned counsel for the petitioners on record, is no more. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State, on written instructions would submit that the case which was registered against the petitioners was ended in conviction.
