JAGARLAMUDI KOTESWARI DEVI 3 MRK,J W.P.No.39670 of 2016 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: “….to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not fixing petitioner's pay as per T.0.0.(Addl.Secy-Per) Ms.No.155 dt.14-8-2013 as arbitrary, illegal and in violation of the Rules and consequently direct the respondents to refix the pay of the petitioner on par with the other employee Sri K. Dwarakanath, LDC....” 2. The crux of the writ petition is that challenging the action of the respondents in not fixing the petitioner's pay as per rules invoked and also on par with the other similarly situated employees. 3. Today, no representation for the petitioner. 4. Per contra, Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, learned Standing Counsel for A.P.S.P.D.C.L., submits that the petitioner expired on 01.04.2021 and consequent to the petitioner’s wife representation for family pension, the respondent authorities sanctioned family pension to Smt. Sd. Siraj Begum vide PPO No.221 Id No.90019205 and also she is drawing pension from 02.04.2021. To that effect, he submitted the written instructions dated 23.09.2025 issued by the Superintending Engineer Operation, A.P.S.P.D.C.L., Nellore. 4 MRK,J W.P.No.39670 of 2016 5. The written instructions submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for A.P.S.P.D.C.L. is making a part of the record. 6. In view of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for A.P.S.P.D.C.L., it seems that no further orders are necessary. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
