Borooah, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition taking into account that erroneously the order which was sought to be reviewed has not been challenged. 2. Taking into account the above, the instant petition stands closed on withdrawal. 3. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 13.10.2023 passed in Title Appeal No. 05/2022 by the learned Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Karbi Anglong, Diphu along with the order by which the review application was rejected. 4. It is further observed that the period from 03.01.2025 till date be excluded while computing the period of limitation. 5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
