The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action upon the complaints made by the petitioner 25.09.2033, 23.09.2023 and 10.11.2022. 4. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court that the Village Secretary had served notices to the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5 to attend the survey scheduled to be conducted on 08.11.2023 but the petitioner did not turn up on the said date. Once again notices were served on 17.11.2023 informing that the survey would be held on 22.11.2023, however, on that day also the petitioner failed to turn up to proceed with the investigation and filed the writ petition. 5. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the police by furnishing the necessary information to pursue his complaint in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
