The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order of possession dated 03.12.2024 passed by the Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Koppal in Crl.Misc.No.25/2024 vide Annexure-D and a Writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.2 to provide entire account statement so as to enable the petitioner to settle the matter. 3. Counsel for the petitioner urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. The order is passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. Hence, I decline to exercise power under Writ jurisdiction. 5. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
