The petitioner has preferred the instant writ petition against the order dated 17.07.2025 passed by respondent No. 5 by which the petitioner has been transferred from Government Primary School Bhalusatka Block Korba District Korba to Government Primary School Chhaptabhantha, Korba. 2 2. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents have not included the name of the petitioner in the counseling list and she has declared as surplus teacher which is contrary to the rationalization policy. He would further submit that the petitioner has submitted various representation to the respondents on 08.08.2025, 25.08.2025 and 28.08.2025 but the respondent has not decided the same. He would further submit that the petitioner may be allowed to continue work at the present place of posting till her representation is decided by the respondent and would pray for allowing the writ petition. 3. Considering the submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 5 to decide her pending representation dated 25.08.2025 within four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. It is also directed that the petitioner is allowed to continue work at the present place of posting in view of consent given by District Education Officer, Korba.
