Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are not taking any action against the complaints dated 13.07.2025 and 14.07.2025 made by the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the matter is purely civil in nature that is why the police have not taken any action against the complaints of the petitioner. 5. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
