The prayer of the petitioner is that as he has already completed his normal tenure in a tribal area and further as he is on the verge of superannuation, therefore, respondents be directed to decide the representation, filed by him and post him at a station of his choice. 3. In view of the fact that as the petitioner has already 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:1810 completed his normal tenure in a tribal area, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and further as it is apparent that the petitioner is to superannuate soon, as he is already 57 years old, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that let the representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner, be decide within a period of four weeks from today and endeavour be made to transfer the petitioner out of the tribal area and post him at the station of his choice, if possible, or otherwise at a nearby station.
