Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the appellant Laxmandas has also preferred another appeal vide criminal appeal No.638 of 2018, in which the appellant Laxmandas was also granted bail by this Court. Since, Laxmandas has already filed another appeal, he may be permitted to not press the present criminal appeal though Digitally signed by VAIBHAV SINGH Date: 2025.02.05 18:04:38 +0530 2 the present criminal appeal has been filed earlier in time but in view of the fact that he has also filed another criminal appeal No.638 of 2018, he may be permitted to not press the present appeal and further may be permitted to appear in Criminal appeal No.638 of 2018, filed by the appellant Laxmandas. 2. The submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant Laxmandas is not opposed by learned counsel for the State as well as other counsel appearing for Laxmandas in Criminal appeal No.638 of 2018. 3. In view of above the present criminal appeal No.163 of 2018 is disposed of as not pressed and Mr. Raghvendra Verma, learned counsel appearing for the appellant Laxmandas is permitted to appear in criminal appeal No.638 of 2018 for appellant No.1, Laxmandas. 4.
