Niranjan, learned G.A. accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and petitioner is directed to take step with respect to respondent Nos. 3 & 4 by speed post within one week and file affidavit of proof of service. [4] Learned G.A. prays for three weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit. [5] Learned counsel for the petitioner also prays for passing an interim order in MC(WP(C) No. 97 of 2025. However, on reading the prayer in the writ petition and in the misc. application, the substantive prayer is for directing the respondents to defreeze the account of the petitioner in ICICI bank.
