By an order dated 10th April, 2025, passed in CRM (M) 31 of 2025, the petitioner was enlarged on bail subject to the condition that he shall meet the Investigating Officer of this case once a week until further orders. 3. Mr. Guha, learned Advocate for the petitioner, and Mr. Luksom, learned Advocate for the State, conjointly submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed. 4. Since charge-sheet has been submitted and there is no adverse report against the petitioner, the condition imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 10th April, 2025, requiring his attendance before the Investigating Officer once a week, is hereby waived. 2 5.
