(ORAL) Prayer made in present writ petition is for directing the respondents to grant/disburse the minimum pay scale of Rs.35,400/- + D.A. w.e.f. 01.11.2017 for the post of Senior Scale Stenographer along with interest @ 18% per annum. 2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this juncture the petitioners would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the competent authority to decide the legal notice dated 25.09.2024 (Annexure P-6) sent by RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2025.05.05 09:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-12249-2025 (O&M). -2- him by passing a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law and in a time bound manner. 3 Notice of motion. 4 Ms. Tanisha Peshawaria, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that she has no objection to the aforesaid prayer being granted. 5 Accordingly, with the consent of the parties and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-the Commissioner, Foods & Drugs Administration Haryana, Panchukla, to decide the legal notice dated 25.09.2024 (Annexure P-6) sent by the petitioner and to pass a speaking and reasoned order thereupon in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6 Needless to mention that upon considering the case of the petitioner, if he is held entitled to the benefits as prayed for, the same shall be disbursed in his favour within a further period of two months failing which the petitioner shall be entitled to interest @ 6% per annum on the delayed release of the benefits which such additional financial liability may be recovered from the erring official.
