Tiwari, Special P.P. --- 03 / 29.07.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Simdega P.S. Case No. 108 of 2021 for the offences registered under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 66(C) and 66(D) of Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 3. On 31.08.2021, Cyber criminals withdrew Rs. 1.47 lakhs from the account of the Informant. During the course of investigation, it transpired that the money of the Informant after being transferred to several accounts were finally deposited in the account of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about ten months. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Simdega P.S.
