By way of this petition, petitioner sought following relief(s) : “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/order/direction, directing the respondent no. 3 Collector Sakti to refer the case of petitioner forthwith to the learned Tribunal constituted u/s 51 of the Land Acquisition Act 2013 for decision in accordance with law. 10.2 That, if the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to petitioner’s matter. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to respondent no. 3 to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 23.12.2024 (Annexure P/2) expeditiously within a time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection in this regard. 4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the counsels for the respective parties, respondent no. 3 is directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 23.12.2024 (Annexure P/2), in accordance with law, rules and regulations, expeditiously preferably within a period of ‘60 days’ from the date 3 / 3 of receipt of copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition stands disposed of. 7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the case.
