A case has been regl.stered against the petitioners herein and other for the offences punishable under sections 20(b)(l|i)(c), 25 read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and psychotropl'c substances Act,1985. 3. case of the prosecutl|on I-sthat, on 29.09.2024, atabout 10.00 hours, the Inspector of poII|Ce, K.Kotapaud circle Police statl'on, received credible I-nfOrmatI-On about l'llegal possession and transportatI|On Of Ganja. on hl|s instructl'ons, his staff conducted vehicle checking near Thatiparfy village outskirts.
DurI-ng that tI®me, police noticed the accused coming from paderu side towards Ghat road in a car bearing No.MPO4CX5801 and when police tried to stop the car, accused drove the car in hI'gh speed and hI-I the road side tree. on conducting vehl-cle check, police seized 47 Kgs of GanJ'a from the possession of the accused. 4. Heard both sides. 5. A perusal of the material goes to show that, on having credl'ble informatI®On, PoII'Ce arrested the accused and seized 47 Kgs of Ganja from their possession. The petjtI'Oner has been arrested on

completed except inventory proceedings. He further submits that there are no antecedents as against the petitioners. 6. ln view of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances, this Court is 'lnclined to grant bail to the petitioner/ accused Nos.1 & 2 herein, on the following conditions. (i) The petitioners/ accused Nos.1 & 2 herein shall be released on their executing a personal bond for Rs.10,OOOf (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge-Gum-Special Judge for trial of offences under the NDPS Act, at Visakhapatnam. (ii) On release, the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 & 2 shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of the charge-sheet. 7.
