Today, at the very outset, learned counsel representing the appellant submitted that the parties have amicably resolved their dispute and have filed a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking dissolution of their marriage with mutual consent. Learned counsel for the appellant submits under these circumstances, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant appeal. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
