Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i) Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to provide the benefit of one increment due on 1.7.2014 and to provide the entire pensionary benefit including arrears by revising pension to the petitioner since 1.7.2014 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that claim of petitioner is pending before respondent no.3. In this respect, petitioner has filed representation dated 2.12.2024, however till date, no order has been passed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that representation of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.3-Finance Controller, Pension Department, Higher Education, Directorate U.P. Prayagraj shall decide the representation dated 2.12.2024 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 6. It is clarified that this Court has not decided the issue on merits and the authorities concerned shall independently apply its mind and pass order in accordance with law. 7.
