The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forests placed on record a copy of the written instructions dated 08.10.2025 of District Forest Officer, Guntur reporting that additional security deposit of Rs.2,54,126/- is being released today at any cost to the petitioner vide RC.No.2280 / 2020 / S2, dated 07.10.2025 and the final security deposit amount of Rs.1,71,713/- would be released after allotment of budget under Neeru Chettu scheme. 3. As such the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to pass appropriate order in respect of final security deposit amount payable to the petitioner. 4. In the result, the writ petition is partly allowed directing the respondents to pay amount of Rs.1,71,713/- within two (02) months. There shall be no orders as to costs.
