1. The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the Respondents in terminating the services of the Petitioner orally on the basis of alleged misconduct without conducting regular enquiry or following the principles of natural justice as illegal and arbitrary.
2. The Petitioner was appointed as Watchman on
01.10.2015. Pursuant thereto, the Petitioner was discharging his duties for the last 15 years. While so, a Show Cause Notice was issued to the Petitioner on 06.09.2025 alleging certain allegations. Thereupon, the Petitioner submitted his explanation to the Respondent Authorities denying the allegations.
3. The grievance of the Petitioner is that from 12.09.2025, the Petitioner is not being permitted to attend the duties by the Respondent No.4.
4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.4 would submit that the Petitioner himself is not attending

the duties from 12.09.2025. He would fairly submit that if the Petitioner attends duties, the Respondent No.4 will not obstruct the Petitioner from attending the duties. He would further submit that the Respondent No.4 will follow due process of law.
5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.4 not to interfere with the Petitioner in discharging his duties without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
