They submit that grievance of the petitioner will be looked into by respondent No.3 and it shall take decision either way, on the pending legal notice dated 13.11.2024 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner. 4. Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek reply by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required. 5. Without commenting on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the pending legal notice dated 13.11.2024 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner and pass an appropriate reasoned order, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of copy/ production of this order. 6.
