Heard Sri Srinivasa Rao Pappu, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station and interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the police have not insisted the petitioners to hand over the shop keys. It is submitted that the Medical Distributors, Amalapuram, had filed a complaint against Munnangi Satya Santhosh Kumar and Vasa Vara Prasad regarding collection of huge amounts and absconding. The police, in the process of inquiry, called the petitioner to the police station. He would further submit that police never interfered with the civil disputes between the petitioners and unofficial respondents. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parites except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
