(Oral) Prayer in the present peon filed under Arcle 226 of the Constuon of India, is for issuance of direcon to respondents No.2 and 3 for protecon of life and liberty of the peoner who is apprehending danger at the behest of respondents No.4 to 8. 2. Peoner – Pri (minor) is present in the Court, who has been brought under protecon before this Court. The Court has interacted with the peoner and her parents separately. The peoner has submi7ed that she has apprehension to her life and liberty and hence, she does not want to go with her parents. She has submi7ed that she wants to remain in the Bal Bhawan/Protecon Home, where she has been sent earlier by this Court. 3. The parents had denied the apprehension as projected by the peoner. 4. Mr. M.S. Gahlawat, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondents No.4 to 7 and the same is taken on record. He submits that counseling of the peoner, who is a minor, was done by the CWC where she had desired to go with her parents. However, before this Court, the peoner has specifically denied to go with the parents. 5. In view of the above, the present peon is disposed of with direcon to respondent- State to take the peoner (minor) to the M.D.D. Bal Bhawan, Karnal where she was earlier kept and CWC would ensure the well being of the peoner. The respondent- State is further directed to ensure the protecon of the peoner – minor and provide the facilies for pursuing her educaon as well.
The State is directed to ensure that the alleged boy, namely, Narender, would not be allowed to meet the peoner, however, even if the parents of the peoner wants to meet the peoner, they will also have to seek the permission of the authories concerned first and then the decision would be taken by the authories to allow them to meet her. The peoner would be staying in the afore-said Bal Bhawan ll she a7ains the age of majority or it is her desire if she wants to go with her parents before the a7ainment of majority. 5.
