No. 01/2025, which is an application for exemption from filing the typed copy. 2. On due consideration of the submission of the counsel for the petitioner as also, the pleadings made in the application, I.A. No 01/2025 is allowed. 3. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for the following relief(s):- “10.1. The Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to direct respondents to the considered the case of the petitioners for grant of first, second and third Kramonnati Vetanman, from the date when petitioners completed 10 years, 20 years, 30 years of the service and grant all consequential, arrears and other benefit to the petitioners following from the grant of First Kramonnati, Second Kramonnati and Third Kramonnati. 10.2 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be past in favour of the petitioners and the cost of the petition may be awarded in favour of the petitioners.” 4. The claim of the petitioner is with regard to grant of first Kramonnati, second Kramonnati Vetanman and third Kramonnati Vetanman. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that with regard to award of first, second and third Kramonnati Vetanman some circular has also been issued by the respondent-State. Apart from this, Division Bench of this Court in case of Smt. Sona Sahu vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others in W.A. No.261 of 2023 has also consider the identical issue. Petitioner is also entitled for first, second and third Kramonnati Vetanman. He 3 further submits that at present this petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents No. 2 & 3/competent authority in light of order passed by this Court in W.A. No.261 of 2023 dated 28/02/2024. 5. Learned State counsel opposes the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 6. Be that as it may, looking to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, this petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make representation raising all grounds as raised in this writ petition to respondents No. 2 & 3/competent authority annexing all relevant documents and judgment passed in W.A. No.261 of 2023. On such representation being made, it is expected that the respondents No.2 &3/competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law considering the circular(s) issued in this regard, in light of judgment in W.A. No.261 of 2023 within further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of such representation. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of this case, it is for the respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider the claim of petitioner on its own merits. 7. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
