After substantial argument, once the court has declined to entertain in this matter, learned counsel for the petitioners state that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioners to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
