ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4 to 6 respondents and their staff in calling the petitioner to the 4TH respondent police station, threatening the petitioner at the behest of 7TH respondent to settle the matrimonial dispute by yielding to the financial and other demands of the 7THrespondent as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 4 to 6 respondents and their staff not to interfere in matrimonial disputes between petitioner and 7TH respondent, by calling the petitioner to the 4TH respondent police station, pressurize or harass him in any manner to settle matrimonial disputes, while directing the and 3RD respondents to initiate departmental action against the 5TH and 6 TH respondent for such illegal acts and pass.…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appeared for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering with the matrimonial disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.7 and calling the petitioner to the police station without there being registration of any crime. Learned counsel would submit that a direction may be given to the police.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by respondent
No.7, a case in Cr.No.140 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 351 (3) of BNS was registered against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
6. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law relating to the crime which has been registered against the petitioner. There shall be no
order as to costs.
