The Court made the following ORDER:
This Writ Petitionis filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner, seeking the following main relief:
“ to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the in action of the respondents No.2& 3 in discontinuing the petitioners as guides and further issuing a notification in ROC No.AW /4373/2016, Dt.12.02.2016 calling applications for the post of guides in two numbers as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violative Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to continue the petitioners services as guides forthwith in the interest of justice”. 2. The petitioner mainly seeking direction to continue his services in Sri Kalahasteeswara Swamy Temple Devastanam / 3rd respondent as a guide. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M.Ramprasad, learned counsel representing Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and as well as Sri T.Venu Gopal, learned Standing Counsel for respondentNo.3 jointly submitted that the petitioner isstill continuing in Sri Kalahasteeswara Swamy Temple Devastanam / 3rd respondent as a guide. The 3rd respondent undertakes that if any action is taken up against the petitioner, they will follow due process of law. 4.
In view of the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent that if any action is proposed to be taken against the petitioner,

they will follow due procedure contemplated under law, this Court is of the opinion to dispose of the present writ petition recording the said submission. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
