This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “to issue a writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order questioning the inaction of the Respondent No. 4 in not issuing Family Member Certificate of petitioners deceased mother by name Nallamilli Sudha Rani, who died on 24-09-2023 as illegal, arbitrary, high-handed and against to the principles of natural justice and violation of Article 14, 16, 19 (1) (g), 21, 300 A of the Constitution of India and to direct the respondents No. 1 to 4 to issue Family Member Certificate of petitioners deceased mother by name Nallamilli Sudha Rani and pass….” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. As the writ petition has been filed questioning the inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the application submitted by the petitioner on 24.09.2023, the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the said application has been duly considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 16.08.2024, which were communicated to the petitioner by registered post. 4. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 16.08.2024.
