Sri Tarak Chandra Patra and others 1. By an order dated December 18, 2024, the learned Advocate for the appellant was directed to file requisites within January 3, 2025. In default, the matter was directed to appear under the heading “Lawazima for final orders”. 2. However, as per the office report dated January 7, 2025, we find that the requisites for effecting service of notice of appeal on the respondent nos.2 to 4 has not yet been deposited by the appellant. 3. Hence, S.A. 20 of 2011 is dismissed for non- compliance of the court’s order. The connected pending applications stand disposed of accordingly. 4. There will be no order as to costs.
