Accordingly, the appeal stands decided in terms of the said Settlement Agreement dated 08.10.2025, which shall form part of this order. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant prays that this Court by means of an order dated 18.12.2024 had stayed the impugned judgment and decree, subject to appellant depositing the entire decretal amount with the Registry of this Court. It has been informed that pursuant to the said order, a sum of Rs.54,61,113/- was deposited by the appellant with the Registry. 4.
