Asim Zulfiquar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the present application is being preferred to quash the impugned order date 16.12.2024 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaushambi in complaint case no. 48/2024 "Kamta Prasad Yadav vs Afsar Ali" u/s 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Kada Dham, District Kaushambi, however, the applicant seeks to question the order dated 16.12.2024 dismissing the complaint of the applicant under Section 203 of the Cr.P.C. by filing revision. 2. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 3. Considering the submissions so made, the application stands disposed of granting liberty to the applicant to take appropriate remedy as available under law and taking all justifiable grounds for condonation of delay and the court has no reasons to disbelieve that the same shall be considered sympathetically.
